These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the XGames mobile application (the “App”), developed and maintained by the XGames team (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old to use the XGames App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Purpose of the App

  1.  Dynamic access to game listings via an API.
  2.  Links to download third-party emulator applications.
  3.  The ability to manage and delete downloaded content.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree:

  1.  To use the App only for lawful purposes.
  2.  Not to misuse or modify the App’s functionality.
  3.  Not to use the App to download or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization.
  4.  To accept full responsibility for any external files you download or launch.

4. Third-Party Links

The App may provide links to third-party websites or applications (such as emulator downloads). These links are provided for convenience and are not under our control.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

5. App Permissions

XGames may request certain permissions, including but not limited to:

  1.  Access to external storage (only when using the “Reset and Free up Space” feature).
  2.  Querying installed apps (only to check for emulator availability).
  3.  Internet access (to load game data and display ads).

These permissions are requested only when needed and are clearly explained within the App.

6. Advertisements

The App includes advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree that such advertising content may be shown to you in a way that complies with your device settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  1.  That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2.  That external emulator links will remain available or functional.
  3.  That all games or features will operate on every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from:

  1.  The use or inability to use the App.
  2.  Downloading or using third-party files or applications.
  3.  Any loss of data or device issues resulting from external emulator software.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EGYPT, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
